I'm not sure what you mean, but I don't think so. Find a phone to look at, and start plugging in the letters as if they are numbers.

I haven't explained that well, so to help, the first 3 should be 717.

The 6 should be a 0. But you are still missing a step. Read the title of the page. The code to move on isn't a series of numbers, its a last name.
