I think they meant reopened, as in, you once could see those field exhibits on the old monorail tour.

I believe the cart safari for the Asia section has been there for quite some time.

That has been going on for several years. It is an uncharge experience, so not available to regular visitors unless they want to pay more. At some point the plan is (was?) to somehow make the viewing of the Asia section visible to regular visitors as well as those who sign up for the behind the scene tours.

Future and Edward, the parks two rhinos that were born by artificial insemination last year have been introduced to each other and are now on exhibit together!!!!
