Shepreth are reducing opening hours, and closing for an hour each lunch for deep cleaning. Price reduced to winter entry to reflect this. Food still available from the shop as take-away

Paignton has announced that it's business as usual at the three sites. They are taking steps to prevent infection such as making more space between tables in the restaurant:

Both Edinburgh Zoo and Highland Wildlife Park are currently open, Edinburgh Zoo’s opening times are changing to 11am – 4pm (last entry at 3pm) from tomorrow, Wednesday 18 March, Highland Wildlife Park’s opening times will remain as 10am – 4pm (last entry at 3pm):

Interesting to note that all collections that I know of closed so far (Belfast, Tilgate, Camperdown) are council run. Obviously they have a different ethos and/or probably better financial safety net sthan non-publicly owned collections (I suppose the workers are treated the same as other council workers).
You are right, I think most Council run public attractions are closed as of 5pm tonight, my council has now closed its museum and I think the privately managed leisure centres won't be far behind
WWT has issued a notice to supporters. The centres will remain open, but will require contactless payments or members to read out their membership numbers. Events, talks, displays etc are cancelled but restaurants will remain open with increased separation between tables and other measures (depending on the layout of each establishment). Hand sanitisers will be available throughout the grounds.

Not quite zoo related but please be aware that ALL RSPB reserve centres and ALL hides are now closed but access to the reserves remain open.
