1 of these species ( or subspecies if you want ) was surtainly aleady in our Gallery but I had forgotten to change the titles ( have done that by now ) , the Velaquez Golden Fronted Woodpecker ( see photos and the comments underneat them :
Yucatan woodpecker - ZooChat
Clay-colored thrush and Golden-fronted woodpecker - ZooChat

The Orange oriole also COULD already have been in our Gallery because there are a number of Oriole photos from within the distribution range of the species labeled as "Oriole ID" and some of them could be this species like this one :

Oriole ID - ZooChat

Evenso : great photos made by @ralph and as is shown now, people start to look a little better to the photos already in the Gallery and make a second attemp to identify the animals :) !

More new species will follow as I continue to upload my photo's to the Mexico Wildlife gallery, including a new mammal; Cozumel Racoon.

One of the few times somebody makes me jealous !!!
My trip to Mexico 2014-2015 was mainly to see Cozumel raccoons but due to weather circumstances we ( my wife and I ) could't get to Cozumel :( !!!
Great photos BTW and I'm looking forward to see the rest of them :).

Yes I was glad to see them, as well as the Cozumel emerald. Didn't see the other Cozumel endemics, but these 2 were my main goals so I won't complain.

Cozumel was at the end of the trip so those photo's will be added last. We had a very quiet sea so getting to Cozumel was no problem. It's a lovely island, spend 2 full days there.
