Living desert keeps bald and golden eagles. I know they had turkey vultures in their California walk through exhibit, wether or not it’s still open to the public is the problem.
Santa Barbara lost their Ruppels.
SeaWorld San Diego should still have their black vultures. I don’t think their exhibits would count as off exhibit because you can clearly see them on top of the hill and you can see the animals in them.
Also can I ask how you see the off exhibit for Cape Griffons at Los Angeles?

Here’s some changes for you

Cinereous Vulture
Emporia

Lappet-faced Vulture
Phoenix

Rueppell’s Vulture
Phoenix

Golden Eagle
ABQ BioPark Zoo
Phoenix Zoo

Mississippi Kite
Great Bend

Bataleur
Kansas City Zoo

White-tailed Eagle
no longer at Alexandria

Steller’s Sea Eagle
ABQ BioPark Zoo
Zoo Boise

Great Lakes Aquarium keeps Bald Eagle & Turkey Vulture.

Richardson Nature Center keeps American Kestrel & Broad-Winged Hawk.
