What Extinct in the Wild Species Have You Seen?

I've seen four:

Père David's deer
Scimitar-Horned Oryx
Guam Kingfisher
Wyoming Toad

Scimitar-horned Oryx
Pere David's Deer
Kihansi Spray Toad
Guam Kingfisher
Panamanian Golden Frog (technically CR, possibly EW)
Mindanao Bleeding-Heart (bartletti)
Guam Rail (recently downlisted to CR)
Can add Socorro Dove to this now.

Also I've seen Wyoming Toad but just forgot to note that in the original post.

  • Scimitar-horned oryx
  • Pere David's deer
  • Socorro dove
  • A few Partula species
  • Golden skiffia
I've also probably seen banded allotoca and Charco Palma pupfish but I don't remember it.

I saw both butterfly splitfin and Przewalski's horse while they were listed as EW too.

Despite its former listing, Ameca splendens was never truly extinct in the wild- its downlisting to CR was a consequence of the discovery of a wild population at a new location, rather than reintroduction.

...unlike the Tequila splitfin (Zoogoneticus tequila) which was genuinely completely lost from a wild state in 2013, until reintroductions which commenced in 2015 led to a growing sustainable wild population again. The species was never formally listed as EW as it was reestablished before being reassessed.

The IUCN red list is a brilliant, brilliant tool for conservation, but it's not flawless :D

Where did you perhaps see banded Allotoca?

ZTL states that Chester held them for a good few years late 2000s to early 2010s, I imagine there's a good chance I could have seen them but made no note of it as goes for a lot of the fish species kept in that time.

Socorro dove (Phoenix zoo, I believe they are BTS a nowadays so I saw them before they were put away)
Scimitar horned oryx (Wildlife world and possibly SDZ)
Possibly panamanian golden toad, I slightly remember it at SDZ

south China tiger
Pere David's Deer
Scimitar horned oryx

and Im also wondering whether domestic camel, horse and yak count since their wild ancestor went extinct too.
