I knew it the second I saw it. I do need to get some fresh air, but I've been extremely bord and trapped in a NY apartment thanks to Sandy. That's the only reason I've been able to post so much in so little time.

I am in a section called White Plains. Here, we got nothing but strong winds but little to no rain and never lost power so everything is fine here and I wouldn't be able to give you anything useful. Besides, my camera is at my house in Ct right now and the only interesting picture I could provid is one of the wind blowing the water in a pond in small waves.

Ok I was thinking (calm down guys) I should make a new thread (I can imagine what Chlidonias and jbnbsn99 are thinking right now) where every week or so I post a new question about animals, zoo/aquariums, and other related topics and let you fellow ZooChattians (Copyright 2012) answer and weigh in on what you think and others post. Mabye the first question will be, 'Do you think Chlidonias and jbnbsn99 are nosey know-it-alls?':D:p

Seriously, though, should I make this? I'm sure Chlidonias will say yes as it will give him yet another chance to outsmart and undermine me:D

Why don't you just ask your questions on a forum that is based on your question? (like if your question is on bird collections, then perhaps put in the Biggest Bird Collections thread)

Because it won't be questions I don't know the answer to, it'll be general questions about wildlife and then people can put there opinions. Also, if someone doesn't know the answer to a certain question, then they can just go to the thread and, chances are with time, that they will find their answers to many different questions all on one thread.
 
Actually, scratch that. Even though it's a nonsense thread, I'm not taking any chances on starting a political argument on a wildlife/zoo forum.

I had steam rice and chilli chicken (Chinese style) for lunch today. Cooking is also one of my hobbies and I have been looking for a thread to post some pics of my concoctions all plated up. Maybe I will start posting them here.

Well, there is a thread about spotting wildlife in the wild, and the next category is marsupials. I hope no one freaks when I say that I have eaten a few species on two continents. :D
