I truly do not know if this is a wild bird or a captive one, it is not listed on their website and it is not listed inside the walkthrough (nor anywhere else in the zoo) and Rabat and its surrounding are known to be some of the best places to look out for this rare bird. If it truly is a wild bird though, I don't know how it got it (which is mainly why along with my lack of evidence I list it as captive bird). There was only a sole bird as far as I know.
