Balu, a 15 month old rescue howler I as a surrogate mother to for 9 weeks. Balus mother was killed but out of the poachers reach. Eventually rescuers heard his cries, as they removed him from his mother he was holding so tightly they broke 2 of his finger in the process ( 1 digit removed )
