Very nice shot :) sadly over here in Europe the only skunk species in captivity is the striped.
 
Is this in the Mouse House? If so, I also saw these skunks in 2011 and they were labeled as Eastern Spotted Skunks I thought?

They received some Western Spotted Skunks a couple of years ago.

Did they ever have Eastern Spotted Skunks then? And if not, I wonder why they were labeled as such when I saw them in either June or September 2011 (can't remember which visit I had visited the Mouse House on, most likely the latter).

Morphologically speaking, this animal seems more suggestive of a western, as it labelled, rather than an eastern. The extensive white on the tip of the tail along with the ratio of black to white on its body are what lead me to western.
 
Looking at some of the other photographs of the Bronx skunks posted in 2013 along with this one, I think a case could be made for their having held both Eastern and Western in 2011; compare this photograph to the one linked below:
