8/14/2016 - Chickasaw Bluffs Info Sign

Apologies for the angle.

This weather-beaten sign was there when I visited the zoo in 2008 and now 8 years later the sign has likely seen better days. What is the status with the proposed development? If I'm not mistaken it is the final area to be finished in the zoo's list of changes at the facility. Perhaps a new Master Plan will be announced within a year...

If I remember correctly, there was some local opposition to this plan. I wonder if that is still holding up the project?
