9/14/2020 - Indoor Primate Exhibit

I would imagine several groups of gibbons, orangs, etc. can rotate/mix in this exhibit. During my visit, a family of siamangs occupied the space.
This indoor exhibit is 32 feet high, which is fantastic for the apes that inhabit the enclosure. There are loads of brachiating opportunities as well, but unfortunately no natural substrate on the floor. A deep layer of mulch would make this indoor area world-class. On a side note, is there still an exhibit for rarely-showcased Gray's Monitors inside the building?

@snowleopard Yes, right before the two separate orangutan rooms the Gray’s monitor are found. The indoor space over at Gorilla Valley has mulch covering a good portion of the ground, which was a nice surprise, and would be nice to see here too. Funny enough, I found the indoor portions of both ape complexes more successful than the outdoor enclosures.
