A Guidebook to the Habitats of the Wilds of Africa - 1988 - Mountain Aviary

The original design for the Mountain Habitat showing that it was originally supposed to have been a netted in aviary with Ibex, Eagles, and Vultures.

For me, this is the exhibit that is the most different from the original concept. What it could have been was a giant aviary for White-Backed Vultures, Bateluer Eagles, and Nubian Ibex. If it were netted in it could also hold Baboons (Geladas). It would make then a great Ethiopian Highland exhibit.
