A great photo of the chimps, and are any of the lush trees in the background actually inside the exhibit? Are the apes high up in their branches, or is it deceiving from the angle of the photograph?
@snowleopard: No, there are no live trees inside the exhibit. And yes, the chimps can climb quite high up in Aalborg Zoo. Look at this picture of the exhibit. They can climb even higher than you can see in this photo.
I didn't think that there would be any live trees in the exhibit, but the second photo certainly shows how much height the apes have in their enclosure. Nice shot!
