I can see why they’re expanding this exhibit. It’s very basic compared to others within the region’s city zoos. It’s very similar to Wellington’s exhibit from the 1980’s to 2000’s. Personally I’d prefer to see the giraffes move to Monarto though and Adelaide focus on small to medium sized species.
@marmolady Unfortunately I think the giraffe are here to stay due to their popularity with visitors. It’s a shame as they have so more space at Monarto and it’d free up a large amount of space at Adelaide to focus on other species.
