@wilson did you go to the zoo after it rained because I saw other pictures on the website and the exhibit looked better even though those pictures were probally taken near the opening of the exhibit.
It rained while I was at the zoo. This area is also around where the Rhino's go to their off exhibit holding, so I would imagine its a heavily used area of the exhibit.
