Thanks jusko for all of the Cape May Zoo photos.

What species are out on the savanna? Do they have their giraffes out there too?

What did you think of this zoo? From the photos it looks like it has some nice large exhibits for their cats, bears, and hoofstock.

Yes they have a small herd of Reticulated Giraffes. They also have East African Crowned Crane,Grant's Zebra,Watusi,Bongo, Scimitar-Horned Oryx and Ostrich.

The zoo is definitely a must see if you are in the cape may area. The zoo is set in a state park. There's camping grounds, playing grounds for kids and the famous cape may court house is nearby. It's also a short drive to the sandy cape may beach. It's a free zoo and they ask for generous donations. The zoo has a bright future a head of them. There currently trying to build a New Snow Leopard Exhibit which looks amazing.]. A nose to nose viewing station at the Tiger Exhibit. There was 2 empty exhibits in the front of the zoo. There trying to get a pair of cougars in the large enclosure and the other one will become a new Howler Monkey Exhibit.

Probably the most surprising exhibit was the Reptile and Amphibian House. There's nearly 65 species in that building. The zoo is easy to get around in and that was a plus. Alot of the exhibits for the animals were big enough and that's good in my book. The only downside was the lion exhibit had poor viewing and some of the exhibit's were small for it's for the species like the Black and white ruffed lemur and the Black Crowned Night Heron. But all and all I would give it a 8/10.

Hope you guys enjoyed the photos.thks matt
