Not only is this perhaps the #1 elephant habitat in North America, but there are also a series of terrific interactive elements to the exhibit complex. A dung beetle statue, huge informative signs and many other educational items are excellent, and the large research station with a full-sized helicopter adds to the excitement for children. There is also a small eco-camp with additional signs and tents alongside the perimeter of the grassy elephant enclosure.
