The exhibit also housed Von Der Decken's Hornbills. In addition there were signs for African Pied Crows and Superb Starlings, but while I saw both species elsewhere in the zoo, they were not present in this particular exhibit
I know that the zoo had Amur Leopards indoors back in 2010 (looking at Baldur's photos from that time-frame) but was this part of the leopard exhibit? Were the two lemur enclosures combined to hold leopards at one time? Do you have photos of the new Amur Leopard exhibit?
I know that Amur leopards used to be housed in this hall. I was under the impression that the current serval exhibit held them, but it is way too small for the leopards, and I agree that lemur exhibits (separately or combined) are larger and perhaps it was those exhibits that held the leopards.
I do have photos of leopards new exhibit. Will upload them today or tomorrow. The new exhibit is a big improvement.
