Bonelli's Eagle, Aquila fasciata or African Hawk-Eagle, Aquila (Hieraaetus) spilogaster?

Correct, it is a Hieraaetus spilogaster, that formerly was considered a subspecies of Bonelli's eagle (Hieraaetus fasciatus.)
