That's fine so long as you don't go around correcting other people and incorrectly identifying people's photos when you simply do not know what you are looking at.
Your posts come across as factual assertions about the correct identity of the species pictured, you have been wrong on both occaisions.
Even to the average reptile enthusiast/hobbyist the difference is entirely obvious between these two species at a glance.
Better not to answer at all if you simply don't actually know.
It takes a lot of gall to state that an already identified picture is not the species named, but you don't have an alternative name to offer nor any reasoning behind your assertion...
Yes I've had a couple of photo's mis identified in the past because they look similar to something else
Jersey Lotte don't get me wrong are you any good at identifying most snakes as I have a few more photo's in my collection that have no names and you seem to be reasonably upto date with the information I require if I put them in this gallery this weekend would you help
