That's not much of a barrier for visitors, is it? I can see that there is hotwire running alongside the rocks, within the enclosure, but it wouldn't take much for a young child to duck under that metal railing and then be only a few feet from tumbling into the large paddock.
On a side note, that is one GREEN African Savannah...very impressive!
