Nice to see them paying attention to one another - she certainly looks interested in him but it's difficult to tell from the photo! How were they interacting?

Hi Naimsindi,

The answer to your question is yes she did look interested in Akin.

Akin was making the most of it walking around the enclosure brushing close to the fence.

Except on the occasion I took this picture Akin is the one who when ever I have passed who looks more interested. She normally just keeps and eye on him from her high level platform.

I guess she is playing hard to get.

Lets hope everything goes well when they are introduced to each other later this year. (I don’t know exactly when this will be)

You may have been taking this without realising me and HuxleyPig were watching the same thing, she was certainly interacting with him like that when we were at the exhibit.

EDIT: Hold on, you wouldn't. Misread the date, I was thinking about Sunday the 17th.

This picture was taken last Saturday 23 January.

I did go for a few hours in the morning of Sunday 17 January but Kaia was on the high level platform every time I walked past.
