You will be referring to Tschuna then banham tiger. But I wouldn't call her the lonely female and I doubt very much that they are looking for a companion. The male of the 3,Vladimir, will be put back in to mate with Tschuna probably in the new year so that if she falls pregnant this time the cub/cubs would be born in the start of spring (early April)
Then as soon as they are confident that she is successfully impregnated then Vlad will go back in the adjoining enclosure with Syan. This arrangement seems to work quite well at the moment so I cant see why they would feel the need to change it. If she did have cubs then surely she would want to be in an enclosure with no risk of the father harming her offspring.
This is just my opinion gleened from talking to the keepers at Y.W.P. on a regular basis,but I stand to be corrected.
