Only visible for The Paddling Bear Hotel guests, you can see them from the lobby, but I think if you desperately want to see them you can if you go through the Octopus restaurant and enter the lobby (not sure though)
So glad I noticed this. I went to peer through the reception door and one of the staff opened it and invited me in. I'm not sure they would want hordes of visitors hanging around there though.
