Not to end on a sour note, but the Amur Leopard exhibit was one of the worst in the zoo (the otter exhibit was Bad but they’re at least getting a new one soon.) I really hope this poor leopard is next in line to get an upgraded enclosure.
I'm hoping that is the case and I don't recall seeing this exhibit this past week. Along with the small clawed otter exhibit you mentioned above (they are building a new outside one for them near the koi pond area), I think the jaguar exhibit is so bare of enrichment, levels, etc.
