The wooden part of the fence you can see is probably 4 or 5 feet high (1.2 - 1.5 metres) then there is another 2 or 3 feet of normal fencing then 4 or 5 feet of smooth plastic that curves inwards as it gets to the top. Unless they carry a set of bolt-cutters or a dremmel I cant see anything getting out of there in a hurry baboon. ( I never noticed any "hot wires on it at all")
