Could this be the condor that was hatched at Chester zoo?

I think it's a wild caught male named Kuzya. His age is about 40 years.
Not to be confused with other Kuzya, the famous long-lived male condor. He arrived at the zoo as an adult bird in 1892 or 1893 and died in early 1960-s. When he died, other male condors were named Kuzya in honor of Kuzya the first.
