Definitely not a fan of this facility or its care!
How would you rate your visit? It looks like they're just trying to acquire as many species as possible without actually thinking about their care.
@EsserWarrior They're supposedly a rescue zoo. Whether that is 100% true or not, I have no idea. Either way, they need to start saying no and taking care of the animals they have now. There was a bit of a discussion on one of my first photos, here:
Considering that this place has rarities I would call them anything but a rescue (I am sure I am not the only person to belive this). It would be disingenious to keep and flex rare animals when there are a lot of their common relatives that are in need of need. Unless you have proof that the animal is confiscated and surrendered by the police and the state FWS, never believe in the rescue lie.
@PossumRoach If you mean the pale foxes, they came from someone who had imported fennecs for breeding and the animals ended up being pales, which they didn't want. Or that's what they say, anyway.
@PossumRoach Seeing that listings from this zoo have been found on Exotic Animals for Sale (as in the zoo was selling animals there), I think it's safe to say it's not a rescue zoo, although the animals they sold may have considered it a "rescue" when they were able to leave.
