Anolis sagrei, originating in Cuba and Bahamas. It is an exotic / invasive species of the Cayman Islands and Mexico - the states of Yucatan and Quintana Roo. Also now in Belize and unfortunately outcompeting the native herpetofauna of Mexico. It is THE most common garden lizard of Cancun.
