This looks as if it would make for a terrific marmoset/tamarin exhibit, but I wonder if it is too jam-packed with foliage to allow the hornbills an opportunity to fly? Overall the enclosure does appear to be a great addition to the zoo, as does the sun bear exhibit (even with the fake-looking, bizarrely-textured rocks).
Yes I agree snow leopard but I think Colchester has enough marmoset enclosures as it is, I think if it wa less well planted it would work better, In time some things may well die off anf give a bit more space. I can't believe the tree fern planted in the tree trunk will last on it's own for example. Strangely enogh the animals inch for inch with the best accomidation is the pimmy marmosets which have the old otter area now heavily planted also to play in. Minus the water of course.
