Anteater Lunch at Yorkshire WP, 25/08/14

Giant Anteater, Myrmecophaga tridactyla

Wow ,you were lucky to catch a glimpse of these.
I have only seen the male on the first day he was there,and have seen the female regularly on the safari nights only.
I asked one of the keepers if they could swap them round so at least the female could have the better enclosure,and leave the lazy male in with the coati's in the smaller one that's far inferior for viewing.
