While these enclosures may appear to be one large space. In actuality, they’re two separate habitats divided by a hidden moat in between.
As for who inhabits which; based on each of my visits, Ongard the one-tusked bull inhabits the paddock closest to the guest barrier. While Nellie the female (as you can see here) is displayed in the paddock further away.
While I may not have any idea if the two rotate between exhibits, it would be interesting to hear if they do.
