September 2014. This is one of the original facilities from 1964 at the park. It is composed of a single room surrounded by 4 large aquarium tanks. Kelp Forests is an exhibit containing many California native species, including the largest collection of leopard shark I have seen. Coral Reefs is an impressive exhibit of bright tropical fish in a detailed simulated environment. Piranhas is an exhibit of red-bellied piranha and buck-toothed tetra. Game Fishes is an exhibit mostly containing large Amazonian species.
