This very beautiful snake is on a temporary stay in the former Gaboon Viper exhibit until the zoo gets more Gaboon Vipers. At that point in time, this Rainbow Boa will go back off exhibit in an area that is behind the senses (staff only) I have had the plessure of touring this staff only area where some reptiles are kept because the public area lacks exhibit space, and I must say that I personally enjoy this Rainbow Boa over the Gaboon Viper. Sorry to the Gaboon Viper enthusiasts.
