Where is this place? It looks like it is the same vintage and design as the Morro Bay Aquarium. Was there a company that specialized in setting up hole-in-the-wall aquariums in the 1960s?
@DavidBrown Haha! The Morro Bay Aquarium opened in 1960 and as you know is being demolished after it permanently closes next month. The Central Coast Aquarium is going to build a brand-new facility on the same footprint as what has held the Morro Bay establishment for 58 years.
By contrast, the Seaside Aquarium in Oregon is a slightly better facility and a much older one as well. It opened in 1937 and therefore is one of the oldest aquariums in the nation.
