Aquatic Bird House - Storm's Stork

A fascinating species - I've only seen them once, a long way up a tree in Zoo Negara, Kuala Lumpur. Are they breeding in US zoos?

I believe only the San Diego Zoo has ever bred them in the U.S. I know Bronx certainly hasn't yet (at least to public knowledge).

Thanks Thylo (four-and-a-half years late, of course, but you can't have everything! ).

Since posting the above I have actually seen the species a second time, and much closer, at Walsrode.

hehehe Yeah I was looking at photos of the Aquatic Bird House to jog some memory for my Bronx walkthrough and found this photo and question. Since then the zoo has also added a glass viewing wall to the enclosure so the storks can't go free roaming anymore
