This otherwise outstanding aquarium has this crappy Arctic fox exhibit because the current temporary exhibit is called "Arctic & Antarctic: Our Polar Regions in Peril". It is a very nice indoor gallery with a few animal exhibits and a lot of information about climate change. The Arctic fox cage in this photo is outside and only vaguely linked to the temporary gallery.
