Arctic Ring of Life - Detroit Zoo

I love this part of the exhibit where both the seals and the bears are visible.

The bears dive down in order to attempt an attack on the seals, and Arctic Ring of Life in so many ways is far and away the best polar bear habitat in North America. This exhibit all by itself edges the Detroit Zoo into the elite group of zoos on the continent.

I wish I saw the bears underwater as when I was there they were only on the grass
