This amazing exhibit has this tiny bubble window that lets the visitor look through the seal habitat, through the tunnel with tourists, through the polar bear pool that surrounds the tunnel, and into the second seal habitat on the far side. Detroit has undoubtedly built the best polar bear/seal set of habitats in North America, if not the world.
I remember this exhibit when it was on Ultimate Zoo. A clear glass window seperates the seals and polar bears right? What type of seals are in there? Harbor seals?
