The sign on the enclosure only labelled this animal as a "tegu" so I'm assuming it is either an Argentine black and white tegu or the UK's only Tegu Lizard?
I would say Argentine as it looks exactly like the Argentine black and white tegu in our local reptile shop, but I don't know for definate as I'm not sure how much variation there is between the species
