Arizona Trail - Kingsnake Exhibit

Wow - that is new. This used to be an open cabin that you could walk into, replicating a hunters lodge from the late 1800's.

And I had proposed it be a new interactive exhibit of the same nature. With pelts and casts that people could handle for more of a "hands on" experience of the zoo. My proposal was considered and then they just decided to put a kingsnake in there. Sigh...

There are Mexican Garter Snakes in here now.
