A pair of wreathed hornbills used to nest in the middle tree every year, which became one of the main attractions of Hornbill Valley, so when a thunderstorm broke the tree, the villagers installed an artificial nest (the barrel-like object to the right of the broken tree) near the old tree to keep their cash cow. Luckily the hornbills seemed to be okay with it and used the new nest both last year and this year.
