Artis polar beras 1994

Worn out they sleep int he sunshine.

When did the polar bear exhibition closed? What makes this enclosure to be closed to the public?

It did not close, but about 10 years ago the last polar bear died, it is now restructured and inhabited by a group of mandrills

Is there any plan for Artis to get their new polar bear again?

Are you mixing up artis with Duisburg or have they done the exact same thing?

@Animal they did exactly the same thing, except that Artis didn't use that much paint.

@Jihoon_lee, there were plans in the masterplan for polar bears to return, but I believe this is not the case in the latest version of the masterplan
