@Rizz Carlton This is fairly new? I would have guessed that this particular Asian Elephant exhibit would have been there when the zoo opened in its new grounds in 1966.
@snowleopard It suprisingly is, I recall plaques in these area commemorating the construction of the new elephant complex that dates back to either the 90's or the 2000's.
Still, like I said and what you probably though, these are still outdated despite of that
