Asian Forest Sanctuary - Rotation Exhibit

This exhibit is technically part of the rotation system in the Asian Forest Sanctuary, but I'd estimate that on my last 9-10 visits to this zoo there has always been a Sumatran tiger in the enclosure. The other exhibits in this part of the zoo have all sorts of combinations, as for instance today there was a Malayan tapir asleep directly next to a trio of small-clawed otters all snuggling together in a pile of hay. I also saw a pair of white-cheeked gibbons interacting with a lowland anoa, and one never knows what combinations will be available on any given day. However, the excellent habitat in this photo seems to have at one point been permanently designated as the Sumatran tiger exhibit. There is a ruined temple theme visitor area to the right of the water, and the pool is enormous and much larger than what is shown in this photo.
