Asian Highlands is one of the very best exhibit complexes to be found at any American zoo, and it just got better for cat lovers as there is a semi-rotational policy going on at the moment. I visited the zoo today and the Amur leopard has been moved out of this lush exhibit and replaced by a male Amur tiger; the Amur leopard was in the snow leopard exhibit; and the snow leopards were off-exhibit due to youngsters being born. A volunteer told me that the zoo has been experimenting with 3 out of the 5 exhibits being used in a semi-rotational format similar to Philadelphia Zoo's Big Cat Falls.
