A nice one for sure, but I wouldn't even dream of trying to take a picture of the cat in there (the vegetation is fine but the wire is really the thing that does it)
I shoot through mesh like that all the time. If the cat is a bit back away from the fence and you have a good telephoto set to the largest aperture (in manual focus), it usually works.
This exhibit is surely the best in America for pallas cats, but the same zoo has probably the second best Amur leopard exhibit (after Minnesota), the best Siberian lynx exhibit, and two very good Amur tiger and snow leopard exhibits. The pallas cat enclosure is seen from multiple angles, and always either through mesh or glass, and that is the case for all 5 cat enclosures in Asian Highlands.
