@Grizzly Hound Don't know how I'm just seeing this but I have to go with Columbus, with North Carolina following closely behind. Columbus's one exhibit is larger than NC's two combined. Plus you can't beat Polar Frontier's underwater viewing.
There was also something off about watching Polar bears in North Carolina summer weather, it was 90°, 100% humidity, and felt like a swamp. The bears didn't even dare go outside in the other more natural looking yard.
