Pretty easy using the panorama mode on the camera to take a series of shots and then stitching them together into one large photo. The camera came with software to do the stitching, but I find that PTGui does a much better job: http://www.ptgui.com/

Definitely a massive exhibit for 3 old elephants, but I wonder how the zoo will incorporate its elephants into the proposed African Savanna area.

The zoo wont be incorporating its elephants into the African savana area, as these elephants are......Asian...? The zoo is creating different areas, the elephantasia exibit forms part of the 'South east Asian section of the park'. The African section due to open in the future will be on a completely different bit of land that the zoo has bought and will expand into. The Asian elephants will have nothing to do with the African section. There is always a chance the Zoo will get a seperate herd of African elephants but due to the elephant Herpes risk and the different temperment of the African elephant, this is unlikely. The white Rhino will be the largest but not tallest attraction in the African section.
